The Balanced Path · Coaching

Executive coaching for leaders who want to grow with clarity and integrity.

The Balanced Path provides one-to-one executive coaching for leaders, founders and senior professionals. It is the personal route within The Balanced Movement: where the advisory work addresses the organisation, the Path attends to the individual leader and the judgement, clarity and steadiness the role asks for.

The personal route within The Balanced Movement.

Leadership roles ask for judgement, clarity and steadiness, and rarely make space to develop them. Decisions that look strategic are often personal underneath: a transition, a conflict of loyalties, a question of what the role is doing to the person holding it. That is the ground The Balanced Path works on.

The coaching is individual and confidential, built around the person rather than a fixed programme. It draws on established approaches such as NLP, mindfulness and Ikigai, and it is kept strictly separate from the organisational work of The Balanced House: what is discussed in coaching stays with the person.

Growth with integrity begins with the person who has to decide.

How the Path works

Individual, confidential, and built around the person.

Three things define the work: who it is for, what it attends to and how it is held.

Who it is for

Leaders, founders and senior professionals carrying weight, transition or a decision that is personal as much as strategic.

What it attends to

Self-awareness, integrity under pressure and the inner clarity that steadies outward decisions.

How it works

One-to-one and confidential, mostly as a longer trajectory, held online or in person, in English, Dutch or Spanish.

The Path keeps its own home, where the approach is described in full and a first conversation can be arranged.

Common questions

Before you continue to the Path.

What is the difference between coaching and advisory within The Balanced Movement?

Coaching attends to the individual leader and is held by The Balanced Path. Advisory addresses the organisation, its trust, reputation, leadership communication and culture, and is held by The Balanced House. The two are kept strictly separate: what is discussed in coaching stays with the person, and organisational work is never routed through it.

Who is The Balanced Path for?

Leaders, founders and senior professionals carrying weight, transition or a decision that is personal as much as strategic. The work suits people who want to grow with self-awareness and integrity rather than follow a fixed programme.

How does a coaching engagement work?

Coaching is one-to-one and confidential, built around the person rather than a fixed programme. Most engagements are longer trajectories, held online or in person, in English, Dutch or Spanish. It starts with a first conversation on The Balanced Path's own site to establish whether the fit is right.

Where do I start?

The Balanced Path keeps its own home at thebalancedpath.eu, where the approach is described in full and a first conversation can be arranged. If the question is organisational rather than personal, the Advisory route is the right starting point.
